Privacy notice

My Agent Tracker is operated by the Kyle Vowell Agency and is used by the D1 Southaven district to track agency, producer, and recruiting information. Questions about this notice or your information can go to kyle@kylevowellagency.com.

• Recruiting candidates: name, phone, email, location, how we met you, licensing and background status, capital confirmation, business plan progress, interview notes, and our correspondence with you.
• Agents and producers: name, work email, agency, and production results uploaded by district leadership.
• Site visitors: the details you enter on the demo request form, plus basic security and usage logs.

We keep recruiting information to evaluate candidates, follow up about agency ownership opportunities, and consider you for future cohorts. Records are retained for up to 36 months after our last contact with you, and longer where a law, regulator, or carrier agreement requires it. Production data is retained for as long as the district needs it for performance reporting.

We record how and when you gave permission for us to keep your information — for example through an application, a phone conversation, an email reply, or a recruiting event.

Access is limited to district leadership and the staff who need it. Agents see their own agency's numbers. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We use service providers for hosting, database storage, and email delivery, and they may only process information on our instructions.

• Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your record, unless we are required to keep it.
• Unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any message. Account and sign-in emails will still be sent.

Information is stored in an access-controlled database with encrypted connections, per-user sign-in, and role-based permissions so that people only see the records their role allows.
